The World Health Organization (WHO) describes stress as the greatest threat to health in the 21st century.

Life has become hectic. It is characterized by constant sensory overload and pressure. In addition, the pace of life has increased dramatically and “stress” has now become a kind of “lifestyle”. Almost everyone feels the constant pressure. This often leads to a decline in satisfaction, creativity and resilience. Mindfulness can be the solution here and counteract stress.
